Note:

If you want to book 2 days’ single room of the standard package, you need to pay extra RMB 200.

If you need the ticket for the celebration party, the fee is RMB200 per ticket.

Thank you for registration of the Standard Package, which includes one person’s registration

fee and free logistic service as below.

1. 2 nights express hotel (Room shared) • The event is held at high altitude, therefore, the organizing committee strongly demands all participants to arrive at least 1 day before the event to acclimatise to the high altitude.• According to the hotel rules, you can check in after 12:00, May 18, and check out before 14:00. If you have any extra requirement, please contact with the logistics.

• The hotel is only for one-bed in a shared room (twin room). If you have a roommate yourself, please fill in his/her name when you register. Or the OC will arrange a roommate for you randomly.
